I want to buy a smart phone in a range of 10,000 plz suggest me best buy.
I think Samsung Galaxy Y is a Good buy under Rs.10000.
Also consider HTC Explorer which costs abt Rs. 8400.
There are many factors like the rate is less for used, locked phones compared to fresh, unlocked mobiles. Also the rate is different in sites when compared with the store price. The rate is different across the countries.
So,in general if you are going to buy a phone go-through the specifications using phone reviewing sites like http://www.gsmarena.com and once you are satisfied go through the price in online and compare it with the store price.Usually locked mobiles are of low cost than unlocked ones.If you get locked mobile you can either stay with the locked network or get it unlocked using the unlock code from http://www.prounlocking.com/supported-phones/rs16wp7/ and change the network. If you purchase it through online calculate the shipping price also.
