   Want to be an astronaut? Would you sit in this LEO spacecraft?
   
   Private companies are taking off (pun intended) with space exploration....anyone can apply for Mars One, or be an astronaut for the right price..... but take a good look at my attached pic, could you see yourself sitting in that?

   LOL, the same thought crossed my mind - I guess this is not the version that's going to Mars? It's coule be a tad claustrophobic after say a couple of hours - "Are we there yet?"

      Ha! never thought about the small confinement, but yep your right, might be a long trip, I think it's supposed to seat 5 people...

   Why are people assuming this is a dangerous ride? I would LOVE to ride on that thing, I don't doubt it is as safe as the space shuttle (may they rest in peace) and it has a perfect safety record while the space shuttle does not!

      Good answer, it is a project by some of the best of the best, so I don't doubt it will work, it's just the image itself that took me off guard
