From your "my account" page, along the top at the far right, click on "videos" button. The "your videos" page will open up. From the menu on the left, click on "upload". The next page allows you to upload videos (similar to how you upload photos to a photo capsule). After you click on the "Upload Videos" green button, a pop-up of files on your computer comes up. Select the videos you would like to upload to Hubpages. You can upload up to 3 videos at a time. The videos will have to be moderated and approved before you can use them.
After approved, the next time you click on the "videos" button from the "my account" page, "Your Videos" will show up and be listed as "used in the Hub ..." or with a green "Unused" button. If you click on the "unused" button, a new video Hub will open with the video you uploaded in a video capsule at the top of the Hub.
Hope this helps.
