Most likely its a single PLR article that has been copied to thousands of site sin various forms - maybe half a dozen were indexed.
poor feller is just copying some method they read online somewhere - just isnt getting quite right, lol
I would start off by changing your description and keywords. Your description has too many dead words in it and your keywords are not often searched on google. Type SEO into google and just spend a day reading sites on advice as SEO is not something that can be told in a couple of sentences.

I now have 11 hubs that are not indexed by google - nothing published since July 12 (the last one was published on the 9th and indexed yesterday). Normally I've seen then set up with 24 hours, occasionally in 48, but now it's 8 days and not done!!??
