I am creating two new blogs and would like to know if any hubbers would like me to link one or two of their hubs to it.
The two subjects I am interested in are
Childrens mental health conditions ADHD/ADD/ODD/OCD/Autism
Arthritis symptoms, treatments and cures
I understand I am unable to put the links here so the blogs can be accessed from my profile page.
You can contact me with your hub and I will take a look, if it's suitable I will write a short review and add the link to my blog.
Thanks in advance.
Good luck with it! I don't write on those particular topics (does adult mental health effects on children count? ) but thought I'd drop a message so if anyone has subject related hubs they can give you the link.
Actually WryLilt you are pobably not far from the truth, I genuinely believe that a parent's mental state (parenting ability) does have the potential to have a positive or negative effect on the children. There is evidence to prove that one can affect the other and I guess that can work both ways.
Maybe when I have got the blog up and running properly I can look at this as an area of investigation as part of the holistic approach to treatment.
Wow that's all a bit heavy, I think I need to write about some fluffy stuff for a bit:)
I own a couple of health blogs but they are currently part of an experiment I am running on automated unique content and semi automatic backlinking.
If it suceeds then I am going to open it up a lot so would be able to backlink!
Thank you for your replies, if any hubbers out there would like to link to my blogs let me know.
That makes this all sound like a link trading scheme.
That would violate Google and HP policy, so that can't be what you mean, right?
I am a novice at these things, just wanted links to some of the really interesting hubs on them.
Guess I better rethink this idea.
You can ask for links to interesting hubs. It's when you seemed to offer something in return that you move into dangerous territory.
Just read my previous but one post again, silly me I guess it does read that way.
I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I have a hub or two about nutritional deficiencies and mental illness.
Great stuff I will take a look, thanks.
You have a very interesting hub, my main focus is on child mental health and I guess your hub covers a broad spectrum of people. I have bookmarked your hub.
I will see how it fit's in on my blog and contact you if I link to it.
Thanks for your support.
Aiden, I have ahub on Mesothelioma Cancer ( asbestos Cancer) if you would like to take a look.
My main focus at the moment is on arthritis and chilhood mental health conditions.
Thanks for your offer:)
Aiden I have 3 hubs on Aspergers Syndrome. One about Assistance Dogs for children with Autism and Aspergers, one on Autism and Aspergers and one is a personal account from my now 18 years old nephew PJ.
He wrote a school project when he was 15 yrs old about his experiences living with Aspergers Syndrome and explains how he felt when he was 5 years old. He has updated his story now that he has left school and planning to go to college, Take a look and see if they suit your blog
Sorry i do not know how to edit or delete a reply here.
I have answered this request by Aiden under my second account name by mistake. I know it is against the rules to be on the forums with 2 different user names but this is a genuine mistake.
The user name I have and use in the forums is viking305. Sorry Aiden if you search for that user name you can find my hubs as above
They are exactly what I am looking for, I will put links on the blog
"My Child Has...." if that is ok with you, I will also put a link on to your blog.
Brilliant thanks again

I have a personal blog, and I was wondering if it's a good idea to write a post where I add reference links to my hubpages articles? Is it a good SEO practice or a bad idea? thanks

Well, I hope I am posting this in the right spot. I've been on Hubpages now a little over 3 months, and am enjoying it thoroughly, all the writers here have been great. I have done a lot of research on increasing traffic to my hubs, and mostly people seem to collectively agree that to really boost...

I've seen some hubs with affiliate links on them... such as from Commission Junction. Is there a HubPages policy on using these types of links?

A reader noted that he would have liked to see the links in my posts open in a new tab/window so that he could easily look at and reference multiple articles at the same time. I don't think this is necessary on all links, of course. But I do think that especially on links that go away from...

If your hubs have a score below 75 do links to external websites not work?As a link on a recently published hub of mine, the link is not working for some reason, it merely reopens the hub even though I add the link.ThanksJackson
