   I have gotten at least 10 of these letters in the past few months, all with stories that vary slightly. The idea is to get your information and  BURN YOU.  There are several ways to burn you, I have had them ask me for a little money up front, I have heard of a person who agreed, and the money did  come, but was gone before she could blink and she got stuck with a whopping $800,000 tax bill to uncle sam. No matter what happens you get burned if you have anything to do with it.
