So Facebook is worth billions of dollars, still thinking of a way to sue Zuckerberg, I will only claim a million dollars, pocket change for Facebook. Anyways according to the news report below this guys says he is owed 84% of Facebook.
Man Claims he is entitled to 84% of Facebook
You can sue anyone for any reason, but there is no guarantee you will win your case
I'm sure someday Facebook will fall, just look at Myspace.
very interesting. Don't see how he can win against a giant.
if you try it youi beter have a great big bank account for fees
I'm down to sue facebook. You have to get everyone that deserves to sue and do it as a group... Like when the tobacco companies were sued by all the people who go cancer.. So anyone who had problems with facebook.. We sue for a big lump sum like 500million then that money is divided amongst all the parties involved in sueing for a settlement. It's a class action suit... I myself want to sue them personally myself, not as a part of a group. Mark, if you're reading this pay up pal!
Wow interesting, he doesn't seem credible at all though judging by that article.
84% of facebook...can't wait to see him with proofs against the lawyers of Zuckerberg
I think Facebook creates a lot of issues for a lot of people, but in their Terms of Service, they claim that people using Facebook use it at their own risk in several clauses, so I would think not, especially for a website that is free to use. Free websites are usually harder to sue since you did not lose any money with them.
One of the things that is wrong with the world is people suing large companies just for money.
You better be prepared to prove that Facebook caused you harm in some way to even have standing in Court.
I have problems with the people trying to sue facebook over privacy concerns. If you don't want your data shared across teh internet, dont put your information on a service designed to distribute your information across the internet.
My other big issue with al of this is that Facebook keeps getting hit by privacy concerns, from what I have seen facebook is by far the msot secure social networking site privacy wise.
From your post, it is very clear that you've got no case against facebook yet but wanting to have a bite of the share on worth. I think the are now becoming safer than ever...
Zuckerberg is having a live streaming and chat session on fb on wenesday 25th May, to take and answer similar questions on privacy issues and improving the facebook virtual continent.
I have touched on this topic on my InfoHub on Internet Security
If Facebook don't want us to post video's that they dont want on there then dont say share cuz if it says share I'm going to bshare video's nd other post that i like soo Facebook can f off nd dont worry about us worry about ur self nd mind ur own dam fucking business
Yes. with a legitmate reason . there is a documented case. be positive have a reason let go class action now. contact me. email@example.com anyone . he stole intellectual property off my page . someone sued for similar reason in isreal or something. be starong be positive and get rich he stole art work I can not get back or replace and have no copies and my ex person whoo abuse me and induce brain damage on me lead for me to not be able to make art and the person tied to him had my page shut down for selfish reason asshie its possible. don't be negative or fearful. and do it. study up. have a good reason aim high and do it. lets all do it and make back the money he stole from the twins and his idea . he went to court to sue and they lost.. ? so lets do it in class action.

I thought I'd create a forum page on a topic other than Trump Sucks! Trump is Great!I was listening to NPR yesterday and they had this really interesting story. To sum it up, this couple's daughter had been sexually abused by her biological father when she was very young. The scumbag not only...

I was wondering if there is anyway for blogspot/blogger owners to see that I visited their blog, when I've been logged in under my account. Example, if I visit blog A, will the blog A owner be able to see that someone owning blogs B & C(my blogs) visited their blog? Will my e-mail address or...

Do privacy concerns influence your voting habits?Even though I am a member of one of the two major political parties, in the coming presidential election I will probably not be voting for either of the two major candidates. This is partly because of privacy concerns (concerns about government...

Hello Beautiful souls,I have a question, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.Why does HubPages allow people outside of HP to view our activity log and let them send us emails? Wouldn't it be nice to have some privacy? I mean only if people who are logged in can see our activities, and only if...

It was when I came across an item on Amazon and posted a link to it on my facebook page. A bunch of my friends commented on it and it became a long thread. The next day, I get an email from a friend with a snapshot of his facebook page's sponsored stories. There was my status update with the link...
