If you mean county, then the answer is no. States usually don't mind picking you up if you are within the state lines. If you mean country, it will depend on what crime the warrant is for and what country you go to. If the place you go has an extradition treaty with the US and your crime is bad enough, then you will be extradited back to the US if caught. Most times misdemeanors do not fall into the category of severe enough crimes to warrant an extradition, but that could even depend on the circumstances.
