What are a few of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas?

I'm traveling to Las Vegas and am looking for a few recommendations on the best steakhouse to eat at while I'm visiting.

There is a steak and seafood restaurant in the basement of the Four Queens called Hugo's Cellar.  It is upscale and you should dress up at least somewhat to go there.  It isn't cheap, but they have outstanding steaks and a very good prime rib.  They also have crab legs, lobster tail and duck if any of that is of interest.

They make an outstanding salad at your table as a prelude to your meal, with about 15 options for ingredients to add to your salad.

It's one of my favorite stops in Las Vegas.  Hope you enjoy wherever you eat!

That's easy - we love steak!
Our favorites = Delmonicos at the Venetian and Delfriscos - in the Howard Hughes center.

We also like Craftsteak in the MGM Grand

here is our info about Delmonicos:

If you can rent a car or take a cab go to Fuego's, its at the Fiesta Henderson about a 15-20 minute drive from the Las Vegas strip. I don't think they are open 7 days a week but check their website first http://www.fiestahendersonlasvegas.com/dining/fuego/

My vote is Ellis Island Casino and Brewery--
    http://www.yelp.com/biz/ellis-island-ca … oke%20bars

This is a smaller older casino that I visited which featured Karaoke till 3 am each night of the week.

As far as steak houses-- this was the best bang for the buck.  They had a great steak house which featured beer, a steak, and vegetables -- all under $7.99 or so (at the time I was in town, that was their rate).

The decor is "old Vegas"-- so you are getting to experience a place that is not brand new... I really like this type of restaurant.  I like "character" in the majority of my favorite restaurants/bars.  This casino also has a lot of interesting characters who visit the casino and restaurant.  This isn't the most "flashy" brand new place, but that's part of the charm.  It is authentic and was one of my very favorite places that I visited.

They had an awesome karaoke show with some great singers.  I was in there about 3 times, each time-- I met new friends and had a great time.  People were very friendly, warm, and all were there to sing and have fun!

Hey, before you visit Vegas-- go to yelp.com and plug in the things that you want to do.  Find out the best places to visit before you even make your trip!  I had a much better time there and was able to navigate the city much more easily based on other people's reviews.  It can save you a LOT of money, time, and can make your trip a LOT more enjoyable!  ; )

    OK, here you go--
