   What are the best things to do and see in Ohio?
   
   We moved to Ohio two years ago, and still not know much of our surroundings. Any suggestions for day trips and activities?

   I lived in Cincinnati for four years, and it is an excellent place to visit! They have a nice zoo, King's Island, plus some amazing parks along the river. I'm also partial to Aglamesi Brothers Ice Cream parlor in the Oakley area...excellent ice cream served in an old fashioned parlor that looks the same as it did nearly a century ago.

   Welcome neighbor! I didn't know this...well, there are 4 major professional sports teams, the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Amish country is beautiful (Mahoning County), the Cuyahoga Valley is full of awesome and beautiful parks. There's Mohican which is really nice, Mentor Headlands and Put-N-Bay at Lake Erie. Boston Mills and Brandywine are good ski resorts. Cedar Point in Sandusky, King's Island in Cincinnati....the Buckeyes will be playing soon. There are always concerts at Blossom Music Center which is an outdoor place plus many indoor arenas for the same. Playhouse Square and The Carousel Dinner Theater.
   
   Gosh, there is so much more but I'm not sure where about you are. I hope this helps.

      Hmmm, not quite as good in Columbus but I believe COSI is near you which I'd forgotten, SplatterPark (paintball) is close....I believe it's the old Mansfield Prison that does a "Ghost Walk/Tour" and is where they filmed Shawshank Redemption.
