Would you rather fly or drive to your vacation destination?
I would drive if the car is relevant and I have enough time for it. But in most cases I have to fly. Time is money.....
I sure understand that, but sometimes the price dictates for many people.
Sail to any destination across water, ride horseback to any destination on land!
Just as long as no flight is involved, eh?
Flying is often quicker. But driving while it can take longer gives you the chance to look and enjoy the landscape especially if you have a convertible car. While flying the views can be magnificent but not as good or as much as you will see if you drive. Also driving can help build mental stamina too.
All of these reasons are so true. If it is a long distance, I would fly. If not far, I would drive.
Flying is fun , but driving explores all the places in between if you have time. I'll drive if at all possible!
I would like to do that, too. Naturally, I would travel the coast to see all those great coastal birds.
If I was younger I'd probably say fly there because it's quicker, and flying was actually fun back then. But now that I'm a little older I prefer to drive so I don't have to deal with airport security, lines, rental cars, taxis, and more. It seems quicker to drive anywhere now than it did 15 years ago, and there were many perks in flying then, too, that I don't get now.
You are so right. Remember when we could get to the airport an hour before boarding? Those were sure the days!
It depends on the distance. If it's one state over, I can drive. If it's across the country or outside it, I'll definitely fly.
That sure makes sense. Eventually it pays to fly, especially with the time that you have to spend.
depends how easy or how hard the journey is. Who I am traveling with. And also whether the scenery on the way would be captivating or not
Now, that is a great answer. So distance really matters nothing to you.
If overseas like the trip we are planning then we fly as it will cost too much by ship & I love flying.
Once in Europe etc we prefer to drive so we can explore more of the countries and places you would not see if you are just flying .
I would like to do a couple of train trips/cruises as well ! We are going to Alaska as well on a cruise !
Now that sounds like a great trip. Take lots of pictures, as those will be great memories.

What is your favorite vacation destination? For me the mountains offer a good setting for rest and excitement; however, my number one destination during vacations is the beach, especially one that has a estuary in its vicinity. There is a lot of activities one can do there

Do you tip the server at Sonic?I have never really been sure if I should tip at Sonic if I am only getting a $1 drink or something. Of course, I always feel bad if I don't.
