    In the far corner.
    Actually there are several doors -- a few of them are hidden or secret.

      I have only seen it in movies, and don't know how reliable that is in general.  Seems to be off the side from a larger administrative office.  Would love to see it some day.

    The same place it is in every office.
    Somewhere in a wall separating the interior of the office from the exterior.
    Most time, it is positioned in a position to permit quick departure as an escape route.
