As part of Biden's Oval office redecorating, the bust of the famous British statesman and ww2 hero Winston Churchill was removed from the Oval office to make room for the bust of Marxist labor leader Cesar Chavez among others!

In WW2 Churchill bravely held the line against the NAZI socialist terror that engulfed Europe, while practically the entire world sat on the sidelines or was even aided by nations such as communist Russia initially!

Now you know that calling Cesar Chavez a Marxist is not right. Anytime there is a hero that stands for those that have been downtrodden, farmworkers, etc. conservatives call them Communist. I guess you thought the same of Robert Kennedy, Rosa Parks, etc, people who likeness and stories adorn his office.

There is nothing wrong with Winston Churchill, but there are many truly American heroes that are of much greater note than Andrew Jackson. I am pleased with Biden's selections, regardless.

I guess believing Chavez was a Marxist depends on what sources you choose to believe and knowing beyond the shadow of a doubt takes a long time.

Our Founding Fathers must be rolling over in their graves.

Because our colleges have been turning out left wing snowflakes for many years, something like this is barely noticed! Historical confusion is rampant the leftwing indoctrination centers of American education.

I guess you were in for that 1776 rewrite of American History, heralded by Trump and Republicans?

Well, batten down the hatches. Just keep in mind Biden is a true politician one that would hang a photo of Johnson's baby powder, If  He could glean cash from the company. Come-on no better way to keep the vote of latino's/latina citizens. I am sure the oval office will be strewn with all kinds of memorabilia that the Democrats think will be vote catchers. If I remember correctly Cesar Chavez was a man Obama revered.  He quoted him on occasion.

Day one --- Not my president.

Many on the left want to honor Cesar Chavez by naming a national holiday in his honor. But as is typical of leftist historical amnesia, they apparently are unaware of his very strong opposition to illegal immigration. He even sent his leftist thugs to the border to punish those trying to get in!

I don't believe that Chavez should have a national holiday named after him. But, I consider him an American hero.

I know all about YOUR history, and believe me, I have not forgotten a thing.

I am not surprised. What's your source on this?

Kenna, CBS did a story, that's where I first heard about it. Chavez has a place of honor, alongside Barack Obama.

    Well, Chavez helped the farmers.

Kenna McHugh- It's true that Chavez wasn't such a bad guy but he wasn't an angel either, he did try to help farmers but also promoted Marxist ideals which work against them. One source I found was from Economics Professor Walt Williams https://townhall.com/columnists/waltere … i-n2143262
