Cruise ships and illness - solutions?
Cruise ships have been plagued with not just back luck and Mother Nature capsizing and harming their passengers but in today's world of technology what can be done to prevent illness while on a cruise ship?
Food and food safety must become an universal priority. With the advent of new technology for a safe, all natural sanitizer, I would mandate all cruise ships to only serve ozonated water. I would also put in place stringent rules for rinsing all foods that are not peeled to be thoroughly rinsed under a food sanitizer.
The sanitizer must be test and be able to handle warm temperatures - especially in the warm cabins of the ship preparing the food.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are a delight not just for our waist line but also for our nutrition but without proper preparation, without sanitizing the food especially the skins of the fruits and vegetables, we run a high risk of food borne illness.
