It's an issue for anyone to get what they need these days, let alone a costly car. They're expensive, and once you even procure one, you have to worry about insurance, maintenance, gas, and more. However, even with effective public transportation, bikes, and other forms of transportation, it can be pretty hard to get by without a car, depending on where you live. As a self-proclaimed cheapskate, I've found a few ways to get a car when you don't have thousands of dollars. read more

Well this question has a multitude of answers depending on how you go about getting the money or credit to obtain the vehicle.  There are a few question you should consider.  How bad is my credit?  Do i currently have a paying job that will support my taste in cars?  And am i willing to break the law if need be to get money for the payment?  The last question hypothetical of course.  You should first go to a credit report site and find out just how good/bad you credit is.  Although having bad credit is not necessarily bad, it will help lower the % of interest you might be paying substantially. Next you have to make sure that your in a position that you can afford the car.  I.E. do you like your job enough to stay there for as long as it takes you to pay off the loan, or will you be able to find a new job in this downward spiral of the economy.?  Last but not least you could always ask for help from a family member, or buy a bicycle.  Hope this give you a better start.  Good Luck. Let me know how you make out!

    Hi

You might find this funny but its quite an interesting and serious website.  visit www.attractanewcar.com

Its a website by Joe Vitale a very successful Motivational Speaker and Hypnotic writer.

If you are interested, I can email you one of his talks he did on a radio. Our thoughts are very powerful but we need to know how to use it to get what we want, even when we don't have the money.

    On that note.... Good Luck.

It is easy.We don´t need a car 24 hours a day, right? But there are situations when a car is really needed, right? You must have been through those situations before, right? So what is the right thing to do? Come on, you konw. You did it in the past. Did you borrow a car? Did you rent a car? Someone lent you a car just because that someone knew you needed it? There is always a solution. But now you are probably thinking, but I want a car of my own! Ok, stop what you are doing in life and make a plan, a new plan for your life. How much do I earn; how much do I spend. Make a list of those things you realy don't need, even if you think you need them, you know that you can survive without them. After doing that, check how much money is left after paying your own bills. Is there enough to buy a car, payment it monthly? Remember that you don't need a new car. If you don´t, probably you will find out that the right time for you to have your car is about to come, but hasn't arrived yet. Note: there are people needing financial help, there are also people who have a car but have no money for gas. Make a contract with a person like that, someone you trust: You pay monthly some money and you can use it. The other person will have the money to use the car. Wish you all the best, Claudia Adães

Well I suppose the logical, though not the best solution would be to get a loan, or try and purchase a second hand one.

you can get a cheap used Japanese vehicle. they typically last the longest and have the lowest maintenance costs. Even saving 50$ a month for a year you should be able to get something reliable.
