HubNuggets: Great reading material from new authors to be shown on a computer screen near you

These new-to-HubPages Authors have written some terrific hubs for you to read... We call 'em HubNugget Wannabes!

Your team of HubNuggeteers have narrowed down the HUGE list of potentials to this week's 10 HubNugget Wannabes. Now it's your turn to help!

  • Have fun.
  • Read thoroughly.
  • Vote for your favorite.
  • Leave comments.
  • Chat.
  • Spread the word to the world!

A few notes to the wannabes and to those who'd like to help out:

  • If your favorite HubNugget Wannabe is your own, vote for it!
  • There's absolutely no shame in that!
  • Don't forget to get everyone you know, everyone you don't know and even the people you kinda know to vote for yours!
  • We know that you've worked extraordinarily hard to produce your hubs - now's the time to get some additional recognition for it!
  • Post links to this page (and your favorite wannabe) in your blogs, websites, hubs, etc. and "encourage" your visitors to vote!

Happy HubNuggeting!

Some good choices. Are there ever any repeats on authors? i thought once that I saw one but wasn't sure.

Yes. Sometimes there are. We try to our best to give authors that haven't been selected yet a chance. However, sometimes we just have to repeat authors that done an extraordinarily good job.

Okay, before I delve into this I just want to say ONE thing...I like this format! Stay with it! The giant words and the arrow thingies help make it easy to read.

Hi ProCW, on my way to Hubhop on my Hubmobile to visit the hubs.  :-) I agree with GeneriqueMedia, this is an easy to read hub and great graphics too. :-)

Hi Betsy, I love your nomination speech.  LOL :-)

Hi Cabingirl, surprises just make our day right? :-)

Hi cindyvine, we are normally sent a list of hubs to choose from.  So if this new alterego just registered within a certain period, it would still be considered as part of the newbies. :-)

VOTED!!!

Okay, that was hard. I mean really hard. There were a few I REALLY wanted to vote for, but since I had to pick one, I chose Simon and Garfunkel: A Time and Place. I could tell a lot of work went into this fantastic hub. It's very well written, filled with fantastic information and very visually appealing. Congrats to all the nominees, I could see why each one was picked.

This is absolutely wonderful. Thanks to all of you for the nomination and the read.

Wordscribe41, Thank you for that beautiful comment. They are very close to my heart and I felt I could never do them one bit of the justice they deserve by some small article. So your comment truly brightened my entire week!

Congratulations to all nominated. Fantastic job and very hard to choose.

A.M. Gwynn. It really was a fantastic piece of work. I, too, love Simon and Garfunkel, but I try to separate myself from subject matter when voting. It just so happens this hub had it all for me.
