Since I know you are just asking out of innocent curiosity and not at all in an attempt to poach good topics, I would be absolutely delighted to share my most popular hubs with you!

The most popular hub I have published is about social networks.

No but I'm thinking about writing one on why you want a LOWER hub score.

None of the search engines out there acknowledge your Hub Score within their complex algorithm, while performing their automated, computer-based, search-ranking tasks.  So, what difference does it make, outside of a few internal SEO benefits here?

The most popular Hub I ever published on here was about the theory of evolution and the missing link between Homo erectus & Homo sapiens, but it is no longer published on this site.  It was evidently too controversial and it kept getting alerts, warnings, etc., about how the adverts are disabled, blah, blah...
I had the Ads put back on after moderator approval one time, but then it flipped the switch again and they cut 'em back off, so I just moved it and all the others I had trouble with, to another website.

What was so controversial about that?

It ended up being more of a religion versus science debate, due to the comment field turning into a crazed circus.  I didn't mind, but evidently the TOS does.
