    I remember doing these as kids, and thought it would be a fun distraction during the hectic holiday season.  Everyone adds one line to the story.  Every now and then I'll try (or someone else can too if they feel the urge) to copy and paste all the story lines into a post so its easier to read. Here goes...


    "Ella walked away from the party with an odd look on her face."

    Ok, we've gotten a bit confused here... I've got 2 stories going off of the first line.  K. Partin and Dinah Lee... You guys jumped back and started off of the original line instead of the latest added... Here's the story so far w/ the last line someone added in CAPS if you want to try again.

    the tick, engorged with her blood fell onto a stem of grass (ticks can't really fly, you know!) and pretty soon a sweet little deer fawn came along and the tick jumped up onto it for a ride
