My phone died last Monday and with it went my Internet access. I have been waiting in vain ever since for Telefonica to sort it out. Am posting from a cyber cafe now! Will be back properly asap!

Now that's the pits!  Call them and let them know, they're causing your business to lose money and that you'll be seeking reimbursement. smile

Hahaha! That's TELEFONICA he's talking about - Spain's national phone company.
No chance of getting anything like a good service from them! I've only been waiting 7 YEARS for them to connect me up, despite having phone lines within spitting distance of my house! AND it's the law that they MUST.
But they are a law unto themselves, and do what they want, when they want. And its quite common for those on the phone service to lose their connection, without any plausible explanation.

Oooooh, then they would be like the big telephone/cable companies in the States, they follow their own rules as well. Which is the pits because you are at their mercy, and generally there is not another service in your area.  Oh well, scratch that idea sad

Hate being without the net and phone, it sucks, hope you're sorted soon.  Was without both a couple of months ago after the house was hit by lightning.  Felt cut off from the real world.  More importantly, unable to review hub stats!

I am finally back on - woohoo! It has been absolutely crazy - they even turned up yesterday at the building I live in but didn't call here! I have had to report this four times and last night I really lost my temper. Seems to have worked!

While I have been offline I have used the time to write a book and have done 25,000 words so far on my strange life and paranormal and mystical experiences!
