I just got a phone call from some one who can't get on his Hub page.  He is wondering if he has been banned.  His computer is working on all other web pages, but he can't even get on to read his own Hubs.   How can he find out?  If some one has been banned shouldn't they get an email telling them why?

I know that in forum bands, a large message is displayed informing the user that they've been banned for a certain amount of time and why.

I'm not sure if the same works for a full account ban.

The best thing your friend could do is contact team@hubpages.com

Thank you.  I will send him a personal email with the link.  It does seem that if he had been banned they would tell him something.

it was a glitch. I had trouble as well and ran some programs and tools, rebooted and still had problems. Now it is fine again.

Yeah I was thinking it might have been a problem with the Hub.  I had a little problem today myself for a short time.  Everything was working fine except for the Hub.

I don't want to date you.

And you probably shouldn't bring your sexual proclivities to a public forum....just saying

Unless he was continuing the thought about cookies and eating gerbils...which is maybe more disturbing...
