Would it be possible to have the new paste functions keep their original format?
For example, it was previously possible to keep bold text, italics - and links.. the links were especially helpful! - when transferring from Word to HubPages.
Could you go back to that somehow? Pretty please??
You can still paste pre-formatted HTML into a text capsule using Internet Explorer. The change in Firefox behavior was the result of an "upgrade" to the tinymce plugin that we use for text editing. We are looking into a solution, but it may be a while ...
Ah, thanks, ok, I'll use IE for that then.
Firefox has actually (on mine, at least) been having major problems since the last upgrade. It's not working correctly with many of the sites I use, not just hubpages.
