Music makes me want to dance so it doesn't induce sleep for me.
For years I worked 3rd shift and slept from 2pm to 10pm. It took a while to train my body how to sleep those hours, and I tried all kinds of things. What worked was playing my poker video game when I layed down. Now that I am back on 1st shift I still play it and I get to sleep faster:)

Sigur Rós, múm, Björk's "Vespertine" album... Icelandic music tends to do the job.

None.  All music makes me feel more alive and awake (sometimes in a good way, sometimes not).  I like the droning voices on low-volume talk radio or television - now those are sleep-producing.  smile
