   How does child support work?
   
   what if you have 3 kids and he only make 400 a week and I make 500 a week. How does that work?..Will they make him get another job?

   It would depend on the state you live in as well as who the custodial parent would be. Also, it depends much upon custody as well (partial, full, or joint) as to how much he would pay. Basically they are going to base it on his monthly income. Even if you do make more than him a month, if you are the custodial parent, some type of child support will be set up for him to pay. Bear in mind, however, that some form of visitation will be set up as well. Many of these questions can be answered by your Department of Human Resources.

   the kids come 1st and at 900 a week 5 peopleyou going to give up 200 and if he make more and you make more you give up your share to. but ifs who have the kids and if he has you pay and if you have he pay but the kids MUST be taken care of for you two are the parent who had them so you to must take care of them

   In general child support works like this:  A female plops out a litter and someone has to pay to support the female and her rug-rats.  If not the husband, then the state (that is, the taxpayers).
   
   Most human women have no more forethought than cats, rats, and dogs -- they breed without thought of consequence.

   In the US, every jurisdiction uses a formula to determine child support.  It takes into account how much each parent earns, certain expenses (like medical insurance premiums), the number and age of the children, and any special needs of the children.
   
   Numbers are plugged into a formula, and out spits the amount each person is obligated to pay (or receive).
   
   Most jurisdictions have online child support payment calculators.  Try doing a Google search for your state.  You'll probably find the form and be able to come up with a good estimate of each parents portion.

   Most states take no rmore than 30 per of your income for support UNLESS you are in serious arrears then the max, and this is not done often is a bit over 60 percent by most states laws.
   If you get behind or lose a job for a good reason do not hesitate to get before a judge to explain why. Better to do this than and maybe have it temporarily lowered then get a warrant for your arrest.  If it gets high enough the states can do that.
