I have been having a tough time, lately. Its been a very longtime since I've been on hp. My mother passed away tragically while in the hospital. I have yet to wait on official reports but have been told she passed away from falling down. My mother was a fighter of cancer for about 10 years and she was getting better based on an updated prognosis report. She was in the hospital for pneumonia and was actually recovering fairly well. The last thing she told on October 4th 2015, at 4:20 am was to go home to study and get some rest to be well prepared for exams. I spent many nights studying at her ward and I've taken care of her for the past 10 years. My mother meant the world to me and its tough to move forward for some reason because her last words were to go sleep and I'll call you so you can come back again. I got a call about an hour later to hear the devastating news that she had passed away. This loss has hurt me very much and now its starting to hurt me financially and is making me drift away from school. I also need money to continue my education in electrical tech for control systems at college and I have had a difficult time trying to get any work. Whatever responses, answers, and any advice will be lot better than the fact of trying to cope with this and other obstacles that have come in front of me.

John, this must be a very difficult time for you. Hard to imagine she spoke with you, and was dead an hour later. Seems her passing was very quick and unexpected.

I do hope you manage to continue your studies. Are there any other family members you can turn to for love and support in this difficult time?

If you're willing to do parttime jobs, you will get many help. But, we can not help on the big issues. As the world currently stands: to get enough money - you need a good job - and to get a good job- you need a good degree. I hope you do understand what I'm saying.

So, we are willing to help. But that would depend upon how much you're willing to disclose to us.

God be with you, brother. The world isn't a completely dark place.

                                                                 DasEngel (your new friend).
