What is the best way to cut a mango?
All the times I cut mango, it never works out the way I like. I'd like to know how to dice and slice it...
Simply peel the mango and dice it into small pieces. I like to prepare them this way and then chill them down in the refrigerator in a plastic bowl with a lid. I like the Mango just as it is and I like to puree an equal amount of mango and ripe tomato and to that I add a tablespoon of sour cream and salt and pepper. I put peeled and de-veined shrimp into a baking pan and I place a little of the mango mixture on the top of each shrimp and then I bake it until the shrimp are done and I serve it with angel hair pasta with more of the mango mixture stirred up in the pasta and oh man it is so good. The mango gives the mixture and the shrimp a wonderful flavor you won't soon forget. Try it and see what you think. You can if you wish use tilipia instead of shrimp. I love it both ways and its really good for you and low fat.

What is the best way to freeze cake? The only time I have heard of freezing cake was in saving the top layer of a wedding cake. We had cake pops at our wedding, so I have never tried to freeze a cake. I have half a cake left and I don't want it to spoil. What has worked for you?
