Well here is my first hub at http://www.hubpages.com/hub/benefits-fish-oil.com
My hub score is a 48 right now I need some advice from some more experienced hubbers on how to make my hub better and how to make that score go up
here is the proper link http://hubpages.com/hub/benefits-fish-oil
Kenneth,
Congratulations on your first hub! Although I am quite new myself, I have noticed your hub will increase the score as it ages with time. Hub score and author score depend on traffic, comments, views and participation in community is.
Wait for a week or so, and I know score will improve!
welcome to HP.
Its a good start.
Places to improve:
~the first image that you have put on the top right corner of the hub has driven the main block of Google ads beneath it. The top right place of ads is the most crowded place for ads to be clicked so I recommend to tho move the picture elsewhere.
~If it was my hub I would put the amazon capsule just beside the bulleted points as it seems to me the hub will look more sales friendly then.
~you should use few more relevant tags.

What is considered a good hub score? How do I improve my hub score?
by Paul Maplesden 9 years ago
Prompted by a comment in another thread, I thought it would be useful to perhaps slightly change the way that we commonly think about changes to hub scores, hubber scores and the like. Rather than see them as a judgement on us or our quality of writing, we can use these scores and other tools to...

Hi--me again.. I was reading that there is a 'nofollow' generated on hubs with scores of 50 or under, so I've un-published all of mine that were down in that range. The result is that my total hub count is now way down, so that instead of 10 more hubs to 100, I've now got to...

I've heard to disregard that but I'm still a little curious. Honestly I don't know how the score is even decided but those of you that have a lot of followers or have been able to make money, what is your average score per article?Thank you!

How do you improve your hub score for each hub posted?
by LindaSmith1 9 years ago
I took a hiatus for awhile from Hub Pages! However, in the past week or so, I have added new hubs participated in forums, asked a question or two, participated with the Hub Hopper, have read some Hubs, yet my Hubber Score is lower than it was when I was doing nothing. I don't get it!
