How I can reduce my waist  within two weeks ?

It would help to know your current diet and exercise patterns but what worked for me was cutting out almost all soda and drinking water instead combined with vigorous exercise 5 days a week for 15-20 minutes. I also cut out most carbs which encourage your body to create fat.

Everything else I had tried failed until I started doing those things. Then the weight started gradually coming off. You cannot spot reduce fat- it comes off all over the body- but the waistline will improve.

Book yourself into a private hospital and have your small and large intestines removed-that should do the trick.

If its just for two weeks and you're not looking to the long term, I would suggest doing the 2 week induction of the atkins diet, where you cut out all but 15gs a day of carbohydrates and drink loads of water. That should certainly cut your waist size down very quickly.

The other thing is to go on the cabbage soup diet for a few days. It also will reduce your waist size really quickly (but not permanently).

If its longer term, you want to follow the other advice on this page.

Cutting down on carbohydrates, virtually eliminating them and just eating vegetables to get your vitamins is one way, however there is the old favourite of a tummy cincher if you are looking to fit into an outfit. I've written a hub on them. Its a temporary solution temporary, but they are useful for a last minute reduction

Cutting down on carbs completely or almost completely is an extremely unwise idea. Sure, you'll lose weight, but you'll also get ketosis (which means your body will start burning fat for energy rather than glucose), which will make you slow both mentally and physically, dizzy, nauseous and can eventually kill you.

Reducing carbohydrate intake such as by cutting out refined carbohydrates such as sugars, and just eating meat, fruit and vegetables is the basis of many diets with the aim of rapid weight loss. Not a good idea, but when pushed for time, there is not a lot else to do.

Yes, as you point out that it does lead to ketosis, which is rather the point of the exercise. This is the process where the body breaks down fat rather than getting energy from carbohydrate intake, and is a fundamental part of rapid weight loss. Over the course of 2 weeks, I would say that is highly unlikely that you will die. Long term, yep, unwise to majorly restrict them.

First off I have no idea how much you weigh, how much you're trying to lose, and for what reason. As unhelpful as this will sound, I suggest you forget about the idea of reducing your waist size in 2 weeks. It's best not to obsess over the idea of being slimmer, but to instead set some long-term goals and work towards them. Most any way to slim down in 2 weeks will be unhealthy.

      Hi
I am a registered nurse, so hopefully I will try to give you a healthy way to approach the subject.  If you are a female, the waistline can be linked to bloating due to hormonal ups and downs in a monthly cycle, some over the counter medications like midol can help relieve the bloating, if you are healthy otherwise ( only you and your doctor know the answer), other wise is your general diet full of fiber, and rich in fruits and vegetables, and do you drink plenty of water ?  This will help immensely.  Ultimately you need to work on diet and excercise is the most healthy way to keep your waist trimmed down to a size you are happy with. ( a gym, or an online site for waist exercises at home can help you form a program designed to reduce your waist over time.)  If you are really in need to do this quickly, then drink lots of water ( provided you don't have heart disease, kidney disease, etc) and try a piece of lingerie like a slimmer for temporary help.

the idea I think is a steady deliberate life change until the new way of living, and eating become habbit. I am not sure you can see a great change in just two weeks.

unles you plan to hop on an exercise bike and petal until the bearings freez up!....just kidding

pick a plan you can live with, then live that plan. just like above, water, fiber, fruits, sugars and salts all in balance and small amounts. exercise and a new mind set works. small frequent meals, and only eat when you are hungary.  Look up an AMA diet plan and guard your health as you do it.

fad diets do not work, this I know well.

Make a habit of keeping your back straight and your stomach pulled in.
This should pull some of your middle from around your waist. It will also be a source of passive exercise, so using up some of your body fat, and further reducing your waistline.
It will also strengthen your back muscles, thus reducing back problems.

You can do the saran wrap and bengay. By wrapping you stomach with saran and rubbing bengay on to it you will cause your abs to work harder and sweet more. I lose 2 inches in a week. Dont keep on all day.

No matter what methods you use, weight loss happens in the areas with the highest concentration of fat first.  So even if you diet and exercise, you waist size might not change that much if other body parts are carrying denser deposits of body fat.  If some area of your body has more fat than your waist, that area will start to shrink before your waist does.

That's partially why so many women complain that when they lose weight it seems to come off their boobs first.

What worked for me was to write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink. Seeing all the unnecessary foods written down on paper will help you to realize where all the calories are coming from and maybe you will begin to replace the twinkies with carrot sticks, red meat with chicken or fish, bread and butter with cottage cheese and fruit.  It also helps a lot to drink lots of water, especially just before you eat.  I don't know about losing weight/inches as fast as 2 weeks, but you will lose fairly quickly.  Diet pills don't work.  Believe me, I have tried just about all of them.  I've lost weight using them, but the weight came right back and then some. It has been shown that artificial sweeteners actually increase the appetite for bad carbs.  I drink about 8 ounces of water 5 minutes before I eat anything and have 5 or 6 small snacks a day.  It has been working, just not overnight.  It takes time and patience.  Good luck to you.

What you did is really what I'd recommend - I'd add in cutting out simple carbs and eating plenty of protein, but drinking lots of water is a great way to get rid of water retention, and cutting down sugary drinks is always good. Short, efficient workouts are also fantastic for your body as you'll be increasing your metabolism for hours after you've finished exercising, and if you're doing that 5 days a week, it can really add up.

Beans and nuts are great sources of protein too.  There are protein shakes out there too.

I cut meat and sugar (including those fruit juices we love) for a month and definitely felt and looked more lean.  I am still trying to continue that.  Chickens, cows, and turkeys, for instance, just don't come out the way they used too!  Veggies and fruits are being genetically altered too.  sad  Cheese, eggs, and milk are biproducts of these same genetically altered and hormone pumped chickens and cows.

I've also begun doing Zumba!  It's awesome!  It really gets the heart rate up and is fun too!  I need to do it at least 5 days but have been doing it at least 3 a week.
