I think the forums just seem more empty with the departure af the pair of trolls with multiple personalities in disorder - I think him and her were most of the posters on here toward the end.Come to think of it..... you are probably right, they seemed like a bloody mob on their own!
I am now an expert at being banned, and will be writing a hub on how to do it very soon.

You know Earnest, I wondered that too myself. however, I guess with the recent panda hit, and how some of the writers that joined have moved on to other things, I think forums has died down significantly. Heck, I'm starting to think the only topics people are interested in forums is either political, religions or just ways to increase traffic. Hopefully, with hubpages changes, it'll spark more activity back into hubpages. Then again, I've been wrong before. However, it's good to see you're still with us though, as I know this place wouldn't be the same without you buddy.

It never occurred to me that Australia could be flipped upside down.
The forums are quieter because many active and interesting people have gone for a variety of reasons from those like Misha who apparently make their living working the Google system legally and successfully, but in a way that is not compatible with HP - to those who jumped ship in response to the first rude email and shockingly unpublished hub.
There are just us boring people left now.
Some are too scared to post anything interesting in the current climate of unexplained bannings and hub-witch-hunting, some are just p!!ssed off and sulking. The religious kids are keeping quiet hoping that their huge mass of hubs, of mostly duplicate content, will be left alone to slip by on the tails of the religious advertisers (HP revenue). Some of the paid political spammers seem to have been shut down which is good for this site, as is getting rid of a few trolls.
The remainder are either @$$licking goody two shoe management support drones, arrogant @$$holes who refuse to stop attacking the blatant holes in the whole approach of HP to the Panda.
An approach that is blatantly mixed with turning this site from the revenue sharing site that we joined, with revenue sharing TOS, into a revenue base for HP. Changing the TOS to the extent that has been done is not within the scope of 'adjustment' it is changing the whole basis of the original agreement, under cover of the Panda reaction.
I am still here so far The most fabulous thunderstorm passing over here right now with continuous thunder and lightening and rain so heavy I can't see the buildings a couple of hundred yards away. Whooohoo! going off line now just in case
