   A mutiny? I know at least one stage could have passed and/or is still presently in the process of beginning.
   
   But, then again.... it could be something else I see and not that.

   Whitney, (Please excuse this if I've interpreted your reference to mutiny in a way it wasn't intended.  I think I may know exactly what you mean.  That's a word ("mutiny") that has come to mind for me many times in recent months (and especially recent weeks).  I'm going to turn what would have been a long post here into a Hub.  (I don't really know what to be writing for a Hub these days anyway.  )
