Hellish Near Death Experiences

   There is much documentative evidence of positive near death experiences.   These people have seen heaven and some heaven-like place.  They maintained that they have encountered spiritual figures such as Christ, Buddha, and other City of Light.   Many of these people did not want to return to the Earth plane as they had such a blissful and pleasant experience.   They also lost their fear of death and the afterlife.  However, there are near death experiences which can be described as negative, infernal, and/or downright hellish.   These people are from varied walks of life and of varied religious/ spiritual beliefs.    These people reported being a dark, dismal and negative place.   They reported being surrounded by negative spirits and lifeforms.    Afterwards, these people report a drastic life change and many more become more fearful of death and the afterlife.

      Jesus certainly had a near-death experiece when he was put on the Cross by his enemies; but he prayed to the Creator God whom he use to describe as God-the-Father to save him the cup*  of death which he nearly tasted; since he was righetious persons his prayers were heard**  and the Creator God save him a cursed death on Cross against all odds.
      
      *On the cross Jesus beseeched God for help (Matthew 27:46): "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"And in Luke 22:42: "Saying, Father if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done" (This cup is the cup of death.)
      
      **Jesus' prayer not to die on the cross was accepted by God, according to Luke, Hebrews and James .
      
      Sure Jesus had a near death experience but he survived and did not die on the Cross.

            It is a form of propaganda.  Quote lies constantly then some people will believe those lies.  Reminds me of Hitler.

      Not to raise an eyebrow, but I would tend to believe the negative experiences and the positive have more to do with the state of mind than anything else. I would think people with strong unresolved issues would be prone to have a negative perception of death.

      LOL! When the brain goes through trauma, it isn't functioning properly, obviously, hence whatever is being reported is not valid or credible as a result.

   The only near death hellish experience I'm familiar with was about 35 years ago when my wife drug me to a Barry Manilow concert.

   Not only that Jesus had a near-death experience but the Catholics Protestanst believe that Jess was in hell between his death, that never happened, and resurrection, which also,never happened, for at least 3 to 40 days.
   
   What was Jesus doing in the hell?
   
   We Muslims love Jesus; we don't believe that Jesus ever went to hell for a second.
   
   This exposes the hollow love of the Catholics Protestants who insist Jesus going to hell.

   I read a book a few years ago, To Hell and Back, written by a medical doctor about his observations of and conversations with people who seemed to be having or to have had hellish near-death experiences. 
   
   I had/have some reservations about the book, but the author made one interesting/strange observation that I remember.  He said that of all the near-death experiences he had investigated, the people who had the hellish ones were never surprised at where they had been, and some of them changed their lives after their recovery.  But of the positive ones, a number of those people were surprised that they had had a positive experience, instead of a bad one.

      I think that in the near death state when one's brain is awash with hormones, we simply cannot trust that what we 'see', 'hear' or 'feel'. It would not suprise me in the least if our subconscious sense of self worth and self image had an influence on our perceived fate afte death during an NDE. After all our normal dreams do reflect what we feel about ourselves.
