There has been billion dollar acquisitions by Facebook in recent days. Google is about to start the process. Do you see a possibility that Hubpages will be bought by Google?

hahaha--in short-- I don't see it happening-- but hey, if they do all us writers could start a class action suit to get our share of the billions Google will pay for Hubpages  -- you know, like the bloggers at Huffington Post did when AOL bought it-- come to think about it they lost the suit so nevermind smile

On the other hand, if Mark can daydream about Matt Cutts in the sauna,.....tee hee ( waving at Mark)

I was having a sauna the other day when I bumped into Matt Cutts.

"Aren't you Matt Cutts?" I said.

"Might be" he replied, "have to be a bit careful now thanks to the Panda thing".

Of course I wasn't bothered about that, I was more worried that his towel had flopped open a bit and I tried to avert my gaze.

"So, er, what's up?" I said.

"Well, we're thinking of buying some of the content sites and closing them down" said Matt.  He moved a little closer to me on the bench, towel still gaping alarmingly.

"In your case, we could make an exception".

... to be continued.  Probably in a crap Hub that no one will read and gets no search traffic.

Fair point.  Ever since the Panda thing started and I discovered Matt I can't stop thinking about him. I'm thinking of taking my studies again, moving to the States, getting a job at Google, working my way up, using the company sauna and ...

        ...there I go again.
