The Bilderburg Group(sorry for the abovementioned typo) ,a group of elite businesspersons and politicians want to control access of socioeconomic wealth, natural resources, and other means of wealth.    This group also wants life extension but only for the elites.   It is their wish to reduce from 80%-90% of the world population.   Their premise is to have a world population of under 500 million!  They intend to institute this reduction through food, water, and  through medical systems.    Do you believe that this is merely a fantastical conspiracy conjecture or frightening real?

Well, power tends to concentrate in a small number of hands.  With the increasing power of technology, it would not surprise me if there was a small group of men who were pushing policy in governments throughout the world.

However, I don't know if it would be reasonable to believe that they want to kill 80-90% of the people, given that the proletariat are the ones who keep them rich and keep the world going.

I don't know if their cause is to reduce the worlds population through extraneous methods such as poisoning or infecting large groups with diseases but it is quite clear that they wish to continue their influence on leaders with large cash contributions and bribes to hold their powerful positions. Wars and the rumor of war is still out there to stir up the patriotic and religious fervor to get the common folk up in arms and killing themselves for hollow promises. Feeding the greed of the shortsighted and morally bankrupt politicians is so much easier than exposing themselves to any light. Perhaps it is conjecture but there seems to be a plan and the common folk are oblivious to the suggestion.

Are you referring to the Bilderberg? If a new world order had to come from an elite, I would believe that the Bilderberg group would be its foundation. It is the sphere of capital concentration. If Bush and corporations can sacrifice 3000 people in the U.S and much in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lybia, Syria and soon Iran, 90% of the population will be a piece of cake! The dissemination of a virus seems to be the perfect weapon to mass kill. Isn't it what happened in Europe with the Black Death that eradicated 30-60% of the population. It would be the ideal condition for an Aryan man type to be reborn!

    Max is correct, it's "Bilderberg."

It's just a group of wealthy and/or eccentric individuals that meet annually to discuss issues. For realistic purposes, they're harmless. They have no political clout and they can't legislate or enforce any of their beliefs.

Also, they don't all believe alike. Authors, artists, scientists - the top folks in the world are usually invited to the meeting and they don't all agree...just like any group of folks.

While these meetings could be played off as informative and entertaining get togethers between some of the worlds elite one has to ask why should such a meeting take place and what is it they have in common to warrant such a group? Is it scientific discovery or altruistic concern for fellow man that draws them together? With the elite guest lists, though closely guarded in secret, you have to wonder what is so important that a meeting of the minds should casually gather and why. Does the group have to concur on all topics discussed and preclude any advantage theymay gain from such a meeting. I am sorry my friend but I lived through Viet Nam, Watergate and Iraq to form an opinion that nothing good for me or John Q. Public when a group such as this comes out of their hibernation. And by the way they almost always gain more wealth and influence every year. I guess that is just a coincidence also?

I understand your concern, but the Bilderbergers have been infiltrated in the past by sneaky reporters and their meetings are less than interesting. An author named Estulin sneaked in and wrote a book about it, "The True Story of the Bilderberg Group "

You can get it at Amazon. Fascinating - but pretty harmless.

Our past several Presidents have attended meetings prior to being elected.  If knowledge of which candidate attended this year, our next POTUS could just take office.  No need for an election!

Please forget all those conspiracy speculations. The Bilderberg gettogethers were initiated in a time long before more such events as G7, G10, or the more corporate oriented Davos meetings. Whatever was discussed in the 60ties and 70ties at the Bilderberg conferences was of informal character with no political impact.
I had a student job in an advisory group of one Bilderberg attendee in the late 70ties. To me it was and is very natural that a person like her (one of the few women in the group at that time) would participate. Some years later she was butchered by her own political party for messing financially with a large multinational industrial group. If Bilderberg really had any political influence, this would not have happened.
Keep cool, Bilderberg is just the name of a place in the Netherlands.
