I am still new here and haven't gotten around to checking out the Amazon and eBay affiliate programs, but I believe the answer is no. You need to sign up for their respective affiliate programs seperate.

Joining the HubPages Earnings Program is the place to start to monetize your hubs. You cannot join the other programs till you join  HP Earnings Program.

So the answer is yes? You have to associate an Adsense account no matter what? Bummer, I was banned from Adsense years ago.

I heard there was a way to split revenue with Hubpages and use their account or that they had their own advertising system... Something along those lines. Is this no longer the case?

With the Amazon affiliate program, you have the option of joining it on your own or joining it through HubPages. Joining Amazon through HP means you do split with HP, but you get a better exposure to ads/clicks.

Joining the HubPages Earnings Program is where most of your revenue will come from. You have to have a PayPal account to join the HP Earnings Program.

You do not have to have an AdSense account, but if you do want to join adsense, you must be enrolled in the HP Earnings Program.

Although You have the other options of ebay and Amazon to monetize your content on hubpages, I prefer Adsense over them as it really yields me a decent revenue from the posts I have here...

When I head over to my earnings settings and try to configure any of the monetizing options, It lists associating a Google Adsense Account as a requirement on every one of  them.

Yes, it looks as if that is the only option.

I do not see this on any of my affiliate programs. Although Google Adsense is great to have, you do not have to have it in order to have Amazon, Ebay, or HP Earnings Program.

My apologies -- I found a link in HELP that shows AdSense listed as a requirement for all the affiliate programs. Here is the link:
