How do I improve my traffic

   Hello everyone, I've been writing on HubPages for a few months now and I'm following all tips and techniques such as using google keyword planner, posting often, creating many backlinks and have no spelling mistakes and perfect punctuation, but I'm still struggling to get views I currently have 33 hubs, but I'm only getting around 10-20 views a day what am I doing wrong?

      Your content is interesting. So maybe better titles? That definitely helps. So for your bananas articles try "Peel and Eat: Fun facts about bananas."  Something like that.  Headlines and synopsis (not sure of the plural on that one) matter.    If you have a FB page, link from there. It has increased my traffic dramatically.

         Thank you buddy, yeah true, I used the keyword planner for my titles so I think they're fine. I do post my articles on there sometimes, but I generally post on Reddit, etc.

      Topic that answer people questions e.g. How to... or The best ways to... normally pick up good views.

   Google hates all new hubs. Been that way for years. Rant concluded.
   
   Give it time, hopefully things will improve.

         The average is anywhere from 9 months to two years, leastwise for me.

            Really? That's crazy! How many views a day are you averaging? How do you know it's 9 months as I looked at both of your accounts at it says your oldest hub is 2 months old.

               Those dates indicate the last time the hub was updated/edited, not the publication date. As for my traffic: this account is a deserted wasteland, the other account actually pays quite a few of my bills every month. Perseverance pays.

         What info is in your Hubs that can't be found anywhere else online?  You have to ask yourself what info you have that is unique to attract readers.  Otherwise writing on supersaturated topics like video games and celebrities and fruit can be hard to crack.

               Jacob, I agree and that is even if you share your own personal experience. You think it is all yours and then you find someone else has written the exact same thing. There are too many writers on the internet right now.

               But what is going to make those readers who have no idea who you are or what you are writing about find you? 
               
               Reproducing the same stats on Vin Diesel that can be found on his Facebook, on Wikipedia and on IMDb are not going to make readers spend time looking for your pages.

               There are a lot of original subjects still to be covered. If you cannot think of any, though, you are unlikely to garner a readership. I looked at the hubs on your profile and did not see anything new.
               With time, as paradigm search points out, you will probably break the 10,000 k mark. Unless you have some new content, however, you are unlikely to get a lot more.
               The "100 things to do in minecraft when you´re bored" looks like the most interesting hub you have. What about things to do in a park when you´re bored? Things to do in Glousteshire when you´re bored? Keep thinking about what might work.
               Do not worry about finding a great keyword and expect you are going to get those 10,000 searches a month. Someone else is probably writing about the same thing. Worry about being original!

   Just skimming your titles on your profile page, if  I wanted to know who Wiz, Dr. Dre, Eminem, etc were I would look them up on Wikipedia, not visit a content farm like HP.  I'm pretty typical web surfer.
   
   HP works best when you write things that can't be found on Wikipedia, like "How to..." or "Where to..." etc.
   
   Your hub 100 Things to Do in Minecraft When You're Bored has potential.  I think you could get more views if you elaborated more on each suggestion and included some pictures.  Videos are great, but a lot of people browse at work and can't watch videos so easily.
