      My highest scoring hub with nearly 60,000 views got moved today.   It has also sold more products than any other hub I have ever written.  Not quite sure how to feel about it as it only just begun to recover after the last drop in traffic to Healdove.  I do however think that the new site is a good idea.  Guess we will just have to wait and see.

            Welcome Elijah. This is the wrong forum for you to ask that question here.  You're best go to the Hubpages forum on improving your hub articles. When you submit a hub to a niche site after it passed QAP, they would move it to the right niche site. Nothing would change since the whole article would go there as a hole. They're just relocating it for a better fit.

      I noticed the categories at the HealDove changed from when I last looked. Also, Wellness is at HealDove and RemedyGrove. Will that change? Otherwise, I think this is wise change and am hoping it improves views for both.

      Great idea.  The Hubpages staff should be commended for how sensitive you guys are to the way different sites perform, how to better showcase articles within dedicated sites and then creating though sites to serve more homogeneous content.  You guys are definitely dedicated to helping the HP writers every way you can as well as helping HP stay afloat such that it doesn't go the way of other large content sites.  Kudos and thanks!

   I just received the email about one of my HealDove hubs moved to RemedyGrove. That one has not been doing well on HealDove, and RemedyGrove definitely looks like a better place for it. I'm glad this new niche site has been created and I Iook forward to seeing some improvement in traffic over time.

   I just received an email yesterday that my Benefits for Writing Expressively hub have been moved from Letter Pile to RemedyGrove. Although it had taken me a lot of revisions and 4 tries to get it placed into Letter Pile, I hope it would do well in RemedyGrove with traffic. Here's hoping it would be a better fit.

   Quick question - when the blog post says that articles on alternative medicine should be submitted to the new site - That doesn't mean directly does it?  All articles still have to start at Hubpages and then are moved automatically by staff or requested to be moved by the writer correct?

      Yes, we meant that if you are requesting that an article on that subject be moved to a site, RemedyGrove is now the correct place.

         I am happy to see this new category added! I had several pieces about Alternative Medicine or Health moved from Exemplore.com, and see they have already been moved to RemedyGrove. It's really the better place for them. I think it will pay off in the long run.
         
         I think I have become too well known for my Astrology writing, when I write about other topics that interest me at the time. Many of my pieces are on Exemplore and don't belong there. I am working with Robin on a large group of Greek Myth ones that I believe s/b on Owlfication, under Humanities. The staff has been very helpful. I know some topics are hard to classify.

               Browse through that thread and pay attention specifically to Marisa's posts. In addition, in one of her posts a couple of days ago she provided a link to tutorials by Jane Friedman, who is a great resource for creating blog sites.

               Hi Kenneth,
               I tried twice to have my own blog. I am really too long winded to describe things in blogspeak! Marisa Writer was my helper on both. She's patient and kind. I actually once asked her to explain something to me step by step, in terms a kindergarten child would understand! And bless her heart, she did, and never teased me about it. I gave up on that blog.
               
               I have another small one, also aided by Marisa. It's on Wordpress.com. It's really only a few articles, and a place for people to order astrology charts and tarot readings. So I have to agree with Glenn here, Marisa is the best when it comes to blogging. She designs blogs and if she is busy, has several good articles about "how to."
               
               I think I saw a post where you wanted more freedom to write fiction? I am also going in that direction, but not on a blog, just at home on my own.

                  @ Jean, first of all, this is for YOU! Thanks, dear Friend, for the much-needed advice. I was recalling the years back prior to HubPages and  turns out that on one brief occasion, I did try to start a blog and boy, did I flop! I tried and followed all of the internet site instructions and yet, even failed worse.
                  So I think for now, and thank you for this sweet advice, I am just going to continue to improve and hone my Hubbing and see just how far that this avenue will take me--besides, my health and the weather are not acting nice.
                  But someday, when life is over for me, this old, sickly body will return back to ashes and dust. I will be happier in a much-better place and body.

                     There are zillions of resources about blogging on the web, why not do a search for an easy step-by-step, 'how to set up a blog from scratch'? We writers are good at doing research and working things out for ourselves, aren't we? I doubt very much if you will find anyone here is going to take you through it. If I can do it by myself, so can you. Go figure it out.

   Just saw one of my hubs moved to Remedy Grove. Love the new vertical. Very smart of HP to move into this niche. Huge market with many people looking at alternative forms of healing. I suspect that vertical will be massively popular.
   
   We have many gifted writers here who know a lot about this underserved space
