   Thanks, frogdropping.  I will do just that.  I write a lot of poetry, so not sure how "acceptable" that is here.  Thanks for the advice.

      Olive - you write what you want to. Providing you write in a way that's acceptable as per the TOS, you're fine. If you're a poet, write poetry - we have many on the site. ralwus, CrisA, Brenda Acully, Pirate Girl. I think a few are testing the poetry waters, like wesley cox.
      
      Be the writer you want to be - that's what hubpages is all about.

    Thanks, visitmaniac and Luciendasky.  Definitely have to write what comes from the heart, not sure how to do it any other way.  Not sure how well cut out for making profitable hubs I am...  I don't really care about that, though.
