   I tried to comment on one of my hubs and it keeps telling me to enter a comment before posting, which I did do.

      That just happened to me also. I had to log out and log in again and then it accepted it. Must be a server glitch.

         This has happen to me a few weeks ago.  I was thinking something was wrong with my computer.

            You guys too, huh?  I just cut (my comment, so I don't have to retype) refresh the page, and then paste...I then click on submit comment and all's well.

      sometimes it tells me when i comment my own hub that the author needs to approve it first haha.

      Me too! Several times I commented on other hubbers, hub and it didn't post.

   Yeah that's a good habit I always practice when writing a long comment, answer or forum post. Ctrl A + Ctrl C the text and then, submit the post so you won't pull your hair out if something bad happens.

   I found that refreshing the page solves the problem.
   refresh, submit. hope it works!

   It's gone one for a month now. I posted a question to see who else had the problem, and it appears to be universal. (Nice to know it's not just me and my awkward fingers) It's a nuisance, but refresh the page (sometimes several times) and paste back in and voila! the comment is posted.
   
   I do hope this is something corrected soon.

   There have been multiple reports from site users on this problem (I've even had it happen once or twice) but HubPages admin has said they can't duplicate the problem, which they need in order to be able to fix it.
   
   Hey, admin!  What further info do you need from us that might help track down this especially funky bug?
