      This is at least spam, if not hacking and spam.

      Don't people have anything better to do with their time?

      Yes...........Hub Pages should take immediate action to Give error messages when people try to submit Posts with Website address, Other than to hubs,Google or wikipedia.

    Site should not allow  unregistered users to post here or even warn registered users if they do so.

      These users are registered just 40 minutes ago and they use this user id for making forum posts only. If they are banned they will create another one and do the same thing

    I guess Maddie got some Extra Unexpected work this Week end,cleaning up all those Chinese Threads.

    Yeah - I think she might be asleep at this time in the US
    Maybe there should be some sort of delay before you can post in the forums: maybe not until you have created a hub or been a member for 24hr which ever comes first

    Even registered users should not be allowed before they publish minimum one hub.

      No  I disagree with that - some people will come asking for help before they publish or after their 1 hub gets unpublished for an infraction of the rules

      You are right. When I came to forum. I found every where (every forum) the same comment. I got surprised and just typed whatever came to my mind.
