I'm sitting up at 12:30, I have to be up at 6:30 for work. I am not tired in the least but I know I will be tomorrow. I blame Nanowrimo, it's starting to take over all my thoughts...I can't sleep because I'm thinking about what I will be writing tomorrow.
oh no UW! I'm here for ya girlie!!!! *HUGS* and yea I know how you feel except I've been sleepless before nanowrimo lol
Just write notes for what you want to write and then your brain will rest.
make that three who can't sleep ...
The cat, who sleeps with me, is all confused. He gave up and is sleeping in his own bed right now ![]()
Gee, hat to brag, but I'm gonna crash now. Hope you all get some shut eye.
PrettyDarkHouse has the perfect remedy for that UW... She recommends 'Intense' Dreaming of Daniel Day Lewis

I'll go play some Pacman, that'll help I bet. I downloaded a cool PC game that is exactly like the arcade version...

Could you post a link of that? I love Pacman.
It's 5:50 am here, and I can't sleep either. But as I have to be up and fresh at 8am, why bother trying to get to sleep anyway now?
Wow, my cure is go for a 2-5 mile run then try sleeping. Always helped me

Whenever I can't sleep I get up, have a couple of cups of coffee, and then I can sleep - go figure.
("Sleep coffee" has to be mild, have a lot of cream in it, and have one sugar in it. It's great for producing lethargy.

*Yoshi pulls out a sledgehammer*
My good people, I think I have found the cure ... who's first?

I just don't worry about it. No big deal, one night no sleep - the other night I'll sleep like a baby for 14 hours ![]()
I hope you all have deep rest and dream-filled sleep tonight,
think good thoughts, when did you last feel hopeful? Successful, acknowledged? See...now you try it Mon ami???

What if we are dark souls living in dark holes with only unsuccessful actions of darkness?

Or our imaginations are a bit on the dark side? ![]()
Sleep? Who needs sleep? I haven't had a full night's rest since I was a teenager. Staying up til 1a, 2a, etc. and getting up to get the kids to school is nothing new.
Sitting in front of a droning TV always puts me to sleep.
Studying an insurance text will knock ya right out. Used to do it for me, anyway, back when....

Perhaps jogging 3-5 hours would help your dark mood, endorphines and all that good brain stimuli? ![]()
