I am disabled so I am trying to supplement my income.
My blob is http://hubpages.com/hub/Extreme-Maravil … m-Best_Buy .
I tried to cover all the aspects of my topic without going into too much detail.
So far I don't have anyone coming to my site.
What am I doing wrong?
How can I improve my blob?
Is Amazon and E-bay the only companies I can work with?
Can I include other companies in the revenue capsule?

Where do I begin?
I think the thing you are referring to is a "blog", not a "blob". (Nice mental image there ... accurate representation of some of them ...)
But HubPages is not a blogging platform. A Hub is an article, not a blog post, and it needs to stand alone.
You won't get many people coming if all you do is make a page. You have to get out and market your page elsewhere on the internet. You want outside traffic, because Hubbers generally don't click ads on Hubs. It is BAAAAD to click your own ads, so we tend to just not click any.
Nothing happens fast. I have over 90 Hubs and have been here four months, and I have made about $20 from HubPages in that time, $5 of it in the last week.
HubPages is not a real income-earner unless you do something like what Patty English has done - really target a particular niche that people search for, and make dozens and dozens of Hubs on that topic. Or do what Misha does, and have one or two Hubs that get thousands of visits a day. Again, keyword research.
Or you can go the path that you will see Tiffany talking about, and add affiliate links to take people to other sites to buy more expensive products that pay you better commissions.
Whatever strategy you use, you will have to learn all about internet marketing to make any of them turn a decent dime. Google "internet marketing" and "make money online" and download every freebie you can find. (Do NOT under any circumstances BUY anything from any of them for at least six months until you know enough to avoid getting conned). Allow a year or so of serious study before you make anything more than pocket change.
Good luck ....
Jenny
To add to Jenny - who I agree with about not buying anything, join http://www.warriorforum.com and read threads about how to pick a niche, how to promote links for free, etc. Get a FREE education before you buy.
Jose,
you've been given some great advice.
There is a LOT of excellent free material on the Warrior forum.
I'd suggest that you search for a free E-Book by a warrior named "Big Mike", and read it.
If you can't find it, send me a message and I'll dig up the link for you.
All the best , and I hope you enjoy HubPages.
EDIT: Here's the link

Careful there.
You may be the High Priestess of Pasta, but that doesn't give you the right to insult blobs. :-)
Amongst my many sins, I'm the inventor of a family game called Lob a Blob, and you've made them all start crying
(I'm not allowed to post a link - so you'll have to work out what the website might be if you're curious )
Jenny has given u some great info: also check out this topic its a long read but there is some great info in it
I too checked out the hub, and had no clue what it was about. Definitely compose hubs about a particular topic versus throwing together ranfom info. Also, working on your layout will help. Check out how other people design their hubs and see what you can learn. Keep hubbing and keep working at your content and design. Eventually the money will come in.
Definitely try out Jenny's suggestions. Pick a niche and stick with it. I mostely write animal hubs, and I've done pretty well at it in regards to amazon, ebay, and adsense.
From what I understand, Google likes it when you write several things on the same general topic and link them together (IE gardening tools, gardening tips, flower garden, vegetable garden, summer plants, winter plants, indoor plants, ferns, etc).
When google likes you, traffic comes your way. ;-) Generally anyway.
Jose: I was going to add my reply, got distracted fixing lunch and when I came back to add my answer, the hubbers already gave you great input! Since you are looking for work, why not write a hub about your experience with employment and unemployment... make sure its as perfect as you can get it, based on the advice given to you here. Google sometimes picks up articles from hubpages in the search engines and you never know who may end up reading your hubpage.

I was thinking that the hub hopping tool is great and all, but it doesn't really address hubs that are older and have slipped through the cracks for months and even years.I was thinking that we could have an adopt a topic program. For example, I've been writing a lot of hubs on Nepal and have looked...

How many Hubs do I need to start producing monthly income from the affiliate programs? Is it 500 good hubs, or 1000 plus hubs? How much have you made monthly from your Hub pages?

Thank you to everyone who contributed to last week's Welsh HubMob, the response was amazing, 47 hubs published in a week. Most of us who were not familiar with Wales and its enormous influence to the USA and worldwide culture in general, have learnt a few things last week. Hopefully...

This week's HubMob has taken more of a consumer, money-spending, self-indulgent shift, which is totally OK with me. You see, this week's HubMob Topic of Products, Products And More Products! Hub about a product that you love or that other people love is designed to appeal to that inner mall-loving,...
