Does anyone know the  best thing to do to shrink your stomach?

I've tried sit ups, crunches, and aerobics.  Nothing seems to work.  I eat pretty well (healthy) and exercise.  It's frustrating.

Lots and lots of cardio. Crunches and situps work out well for you, but if you work out and tone up a bit to get some muscle to help eat away at the fat and do cardio, it'll work out for you and flatten it out.

Walking! Changing the way you eat is important too. Eat lots of fiber, and stay away from sugars (self explanatory). Also, avoid carbonated beverages and gum- the extra air can make you bloated tongue

    1. Sit down with your legs bent in front of you. Tilt your torso backwards just a little bit and slowly bring your legs off the ground. Clasp your hands into a fist and move them back and forth from side to side touching your fists to the ground. Make a conscious effort to move your entire torso with your arms.

    2. Lay down on your back. Put your legs into the air. Lower one to about 2 inches from the ground and hold for 2 seconds and switch your legs. Like a pair of scissors.

    3. Do yoga! It will work out your whole body, not just your belly and you will see results almost instantly if you really put effort into it.

The more it hurts, the more it works. Don't give up.

I find twisting the body, left to right and right to left for 10-15 mins, followed by a few stretches, up and down, fingers touching the floor or as near to the floor as reachable, followed by a few sit ups, elbows touching the top part of the legs - all for a further 10-15 mins, works really well for me.

I've heard of the belt machine which twists the waist part of the body left to right, using a belt which you buckle up at the waist and a waist vest which you wear all day, can keep the waist trim, firm and in good shape.

To shrink your stomach?  Don't eat.  But you probably mean your gut.  Do ab crunches, run, bicycle, eat a healthy vegetarian diet, and don't drink pop.
