How to lose out weight without sacrificing mouthwatering food
You need to have a "satisfactor" in your diet in order for it to be effective. If you deny yourself foods you love it is a recipe for failure. You need to factor your metabolic rate and body mass index to figure out caloric requirements for the WEIGHT YOU WANT TO BE. Then you eat that many calories and factor in and "save" calories for the foods you love.
Select some nutritious food items and take them in your daily food in correct quantity and never take excess quantity of food in order to avoid over body weight. You need to do mild body exercises and meditation to avoid craving to mouthwatering food items. It'll be always better to avoid cholesterol rich food items.
You should experiment with different spices and seasonings. Get some cookbooks and have at it. Try eating healthy so that you will not have the health problems that many people suffer from. Another benefit to learning to cook mouthwatering food is that you will be even more of a good catch to that special someone.
If you are referring to eating junk, you will reach a point where you realize it's the junk or your waistline, you can't have both as you wish. I understand that most people can't cut out all the tasty stuff, but just don't eat junk everyday or two. My beau is an athlete just as I am and he does several insane workouts DAILY to make up for the junk he puts into his body. Unless you are willing and able to do this, you will start packing on the pounds.
Portion control! I think many people think that a diet needs to consist of depriving yourself of the foods that you love. This is a myth. It is all about watching how much you eat, not as much about what you eat.
Many people do not realize what the actual serving size is for the foods. If you want to eat a piece of chocolate, that is fine. As long as it is a piece, not the entire candy bar.
When you deprive yourself of the foods you love, I think this will make you want to stop your diet completely. There are ways to make foods you love low-calorie, low-fat. You could substitute ingredients.
