Thank you for responding. I understand your philosophy about not eating meats but vegetables and fruits and whole grains can have heavy metals and chemical residue from winds. we can never be 100% sure of the soil.
Cynthia has the "clean eating" definition down pat! This is my understanding as well. :D
I agree Stacie, but I think the closest you can get is veggies grown on an organic farm like the one our son has in a valley that was not farmed prior to their arrival there. (Thanks for the thumbs-up Alicia :P )

Thanks for responding...growing your own veggies is a good idea provided the soil is clean.
I like to do this too! I have a small garden in my backyard that seems to grow bigger every year. Not only does it make me feel great, its also an awesome hobby to do with the family.
Meat on the other hand, I have to buy as i'm not a hunter :(
