What do you do?One thing I do is remind myself that it will pass in like 1-2 hrs .I know it will end, and so I keep that in mind.Anything else?
When you start to feel an attack coming on breathe into a paper bag if one is available. If not, cup your hands and breathe in until the feeling subsides. Also, the medication Zanex works wonders, contact your doctor.
