Fishing Tips And Tricks-What Its About

Im building this series of hubs on fishing tips and tricks for the everyday fisher person. I will try and make sure that all types of tips and tricks are included.

I made the decision to do this to make this beneficial to all fisher people and not just focus on one type.

It really doesn't matter where you are fishing. You are sure to find some neat fishing tips and tricks among this series of hubs. You could be saltwater, fresh water, fly fishing, in lakes or streams. All this will be covered including some recipes and tips for all sorts of fish and techniques.

The focus needs to be at the end of the day on having fun. No matter where you are in the world when it comes to fishing you want to walk away with a smile on your face.

So I guess we should get started on the Hub series fishing tips and tricks.

Fishing Tips And Tricks-Mosquitos

The first thing I want to talk about in fishing tips and tricks is everyone's worst enemy. The mosquito.

We all hate the pesky little insects and we also know they can single handily wreck anyone's fishing trip if we don't properly prepare for them.

The biggest thing you need to know about mosquitoes is what they are attracted to and how to avoid that attraction so that you can set out to catch the lunkers at the lake instead of fighting off the miserable mosquito population.

Your heat and perspiration is how they find you. This means you do need to use a good deoderant and try and keep as cool as possible to keep them away. That means try and stay away from sweating. No problem for me except when I have to get off the lawn chair to get another beer.

The final thing with mosquitoes in fishing tips and tricks is don't cheap out on the repellent you use. At the end of the day in most cases it is just like anything else. You get what you pay for. A good repellent will do better than a cheaply priced one.

If you do all this you should find that you and the mosquitoes should for the most part be able to share the same space in perfect harmony.

Fishing Tips And Tricks-Good Fish Pictures

Some very important fishing tips and tricks come in the form of picture taking. You want the pictures to be as interesting as possible.

Use natural back grounds like the trees or rocks

Use the proper lens in order to get the best picture possible.  This means as much detail as possible.

Have the pictures showing some action like setting a rod or reaching in the river with a net.  Of course the picture doesn't record the movement but it gives us a very clear sense of what is happening.

Many pictures of the fish jumping makes for a terrific slide show.

Now if you are interested in the still portraits put your fish on a neutral back ground.  After you do this you can place your gear and tackle around.  Not only will it make a cool picture but will give some sense of size as well.

As your camera dealer what the best filters are for catching pictures of the fish in the water.  I think you may just like the results.

So this was fishing tips and tricks about pictures.

Fishing Tips And Tricks-Hypothermia

Fishing tips and tricks does deal with health issues as well.

Hypothermia is one of the biggest downfall of a fisher person especially in the cold windy winters.  If you didn't already know this you can die from hypothermia.

The trick is to dress in layers so you can adjust as the temperature changes.  Mitts, toques, good boots are all requirements to avoid hypothermia.

Eating and drinking hot stuff can really make the difference as well.  A good burst of warmth and energy can be gained from chocolate.  Have blankets and stuff like that to assist you in case someone starts showing signs of hypothermia.

Some of the signs are talking funny, being dizzy, acting drunk or even not being able to speak.  At this point time is a factor and you do need to take some sort of quick action.  Starting a fire and getting some warm food inside will go miles to helping things out.  Do not allow alcohol.

Its important to take thought in your own health when thinking of fishing tips and tricks.  a little pre planning could make the difference between a great trip or a disastrous one.
