   Should I Pull my poems from my hub that will be published in a book???
   
   Is there any law on that??

   There's not a law forbidding you from putting work to which you own the copyright anywhere you decide to.  You can use the same piece as often and wherever you like, provided you own the copyright.  If you've given the copyright to someone else, you have to clear it with them before you use your own work. 
   
   Whether you need to remove the poems from a hub before they can appear in the book depends on your agreement with the publisher.  Most likely, it won't be a problem.  Just read the contract carefully, and it should be made clear there.

   I don't know anything about formal publishing, for money, I mean, but I think that perhaps you should remove them, or perhaps excerpt them, make them shortened or incomplete versions...
   
   After all, if you're going to publish them in a book and you want to sell copies, you don't want the same material posted online for free.  Given the option for something free versus something you have to pay for, people almost always choose free.

   What if you left some up and put a link to your book on your hubpage, when it's ready.  As Shelly said, it would depend on the contract you sign, unless you're self-publishing. 
   
   If you have a website with an email list sign-up, you could have a link to that on your hubpage so you can let people know when your book is ready and maybe send a poem or tip about writing poetry every month to keep in touch. 
   
   Are there any poets on hubpages who publish hubs with their poems and also have a book?  If so, you could ask them what they do.

   As I understand it, Hubs have to be unique and cannot be published in two places.
   
   I think this is in the Terms of Use. I may be wrong, but I think that is HubPolicy.

   I would personally pull the poems from your hub. After all, the idea will be for you to sell the book, and if people can read your work for free they will have less of an incentive to purchase the book. Instead,  you could write hubs to promote the book or about your life as a poet. I never publish any poems or stories online that I plan to publish in print. Most publishers will not accept previously published material, so writers need to be careful.

   You should definitely pull the poems out. You cannot offer first world print and electronic rights to your poems - copyright - if they appear on HubPages. By placing them here you have effectively self-published and they need to be removed immediately.
   If you don't remove them, you won't be able to offer the correct level of rights and the publisher may refuse to publish the book.
   
   Any hubber posting any piece of creative writing has given up their first world electronic rights and the pieces become financially worthless. By removing them you can offer electronic rights knowing they don't appear anyone else in the public domain.

   you probably should remove them. If you are going to publish them you would want it to be purchased not be seen for free.
