    I know most countries require you to.learn the language to be there,I do not mind an accent but I do have frustrations when it is too incomprehensible

    It only bothers me, because when I need to resolve an issue or find out information and I cannot understand or be understood it makes moretime spent on the phone,and after waiting on hold for hour and half,I just want to get it done quickly and easil
