   Have you ever thought about resigning as a member from your place of worship?

   Very good question , to answer for myself I resigned from a peticular religion I attended as a child and teen.
   The reason why. I had made good friends but I still knew nothing about my creator , I was missing the whole purpose,  until I start learning alot from just having a home bible study.
   I control the time , I control my pace for learning.
   I read scriptures after scriptures to my surprise I was learning the truth that made sense.
   I also realize that the Heavenly Father with his spirit power will assist you in remembering the things you have learned when it is time to apply
   that knowledge.
   I have never regretted my choice nore have I doubted that it's genuine in truth !
   But I thank him for revealing truth when in a time we really need it.

      You're welcome my friend. You deserve it I too left the church because I saw how the young people were neglected and not given personal attention. Also, my questions about life went unanswered and fell on deaf ears by the church leaders.

      Its an very important decision to make.
      Basically its not God that you are leaving, but the structure and people that represent that establishment.
      Example Jesus went to a temple to worship his Father, but he was not in agreement to the apostasy.

   I left the church many years ago because if you were poor or at a disadvantage, the members of my church looked down on you. Also, it was a fashion show and all about who  was the sharpest dressed woman or man there. Many illicit sexual affairs went on between the members and the church leaders also.
   We were not encouraged to follow along in our Bible if you had one either. Oftentimes I left a Sunday session very depressed and spiritually unfulfilled.....Until I studied and received accurate knowledge from the Bible, I was basically in spiritual darkness concerning His will and purpose for me. I had no hope for the future and things looked dismal for me to say the least. Now I am very happy because of the things I've learned over the years concerning God's will and purpose for obedient mankind and the earth and the many life forms upon it.

   My denomination of Christianity, Seventh Day Adventist, is wonderful.  We were thoroughly educated in the Bible; Arthur Maxwell wrote a 10 volume set called"The Bible Story" beautifully written and illustrated.  I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants to understand the Bible read this set first.  Sure, SDAs have their faults - they tend to be strict, high-handed and legalistic - but the good far outweighs the bad.  They have the second largest parochial school system in the world, and are into healthy and wholesome living, with a network of hospitals.  My best childhood memories were made at one of their many excellent summer camps.
   My problem is not with the Seventh Day Adventists, but with Christianity itself.  It is the largest religion in the world, but it got that way through brutal oppression, while instilling a mentality of criminal coddling and victim blaming.  I experienced a lot of that growing up in the ghetto.  The final insult was inadvertently joining a cult, putting my life in danger (Christianity is the largest producer of cults), then being forced to sit helpless while my niece dropped out of high school to join a cult.
   It is for this reason I have left Christianity altogether.  I am currently looking into Buddhism and Baha'i faith.

      His own fellow jews or priest was seeking to kill him as Jelouse rivals.
      They convinced themselfs they were doing Gods work and said he blasheme against his Father.
      They were the ones who rejected Gods Son and choice Messiah, today people the same
