Why do people waste time asking such pointless questions?

There is so much happening in the world, that it demands much more soul- searching questions.  We should be asking:
Why is the world in such a state?
Has God's judgement started on the world?
What should we be doing about it?
Should we be thinking about turning back to our Creator G-d?
    Is evil controlling our world?
Is suffering occurring in the world because we are offending God?
Is there a great delusion and we have fallen for it?
Are we on the road to heaven or hell?
Should we avoid meaningless questions i.e." can you live a moral life without religion?"

To be blunt, people crave attention no matter how they get it. To some, the relevant and social impact issues go by the wayside in favor of seeing their name in lights no matter how dismal the lights may be.

Others play the "Forum Shock Jocks" in that they seem to believe that the more outrageous it is, the more people will come. Years ago, people gathered at the circus freak show
but that lost its appeal after a while as well. Think about your question and then consider the general behavior of children acting out in class. You'll then have your answer.

What to do about the pointless questions asked here on hubpages? There are plenty of significant questions that could be asked to encourage reader discussions on topics relative to life in these precarious times. Inquiring minds want to know! Even... read more

I always heard there was no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers.  Asking questions is the only way one can find answers to what they seek.  I encourage questions as it shows you are thinking, which God gave us a brain to use and think with, not everyone is in the same soul searching  place in their lives as you are apparently, If Jesus could take time for poor, meek, uneducated and whores, then Im sure you can deal with a few questions outside your comfort zone, or even better, quit reading them!

people don't want to deal with reality.....stupidity pacifies as well as entertains them........please don't make them think to much!  I am quite sure most people started and never finished reading your question.  The truth (reality) for them would be considered a "cross" to Dracula....ciao
