To go to church or not to go to church that is the question...

I am so frustrated with myself because I have totally lost interest in church.  My church is not a bad place and as a matter of fact I really enjoy my pastor's message each week.  I just don't understand what the problem is...maybe just laziness.  I am a born again christian and feel guilty when I don't go.  I don't know maybe I just need some alone time with God.  Does any one feel the same way that I do.

Many in the Christian world do not go to church regularly only the true faithful does. Others, although they still have faith and belief in God, choose not to go to church simply because they believe that they can relate to God in their lonesome by praying in all honesty and spiritually.

All the time - and I'm a clergy!  Your faith is your anchor and if you put all you belief and trust in your given denomination than you need to find the will power and go.  Without the anchor you are as a ship at the whim of the storm torrents.  You will be lost and dabble in those things that ought not be meddled with.

If you don't put your full faith in your denomination or have serious questions about it then you need to search and investigate what system of faith is right for you.

These are deeply troubled times and eventually only those who have a firm anchor will endure and triumph in the end.

i was told that going to church is the social aspect of religion not proof that one believes. to me the people i believe that are truly faithful are the ones that need neither a church nor a preacher to show them the way. if god is so great why would you have to go to a place of worship ?

    COME TOGETHER.................... DON'T MEAN SEPARATION.
You must assemble to share knowledge, and solve problems, and create a social life and fellowship existence.
If you are alone don't stay gone long.

Don't go to church. Instead, go read my hubs and you will be able to enter the kingdom of my father.
